Who we are

Faith's Walk Health Care Services Ltd (“Faith’s Walk”, “we”, “us”) is a home care provider registered with the Care Quality Commission. Our office is at Rourke House, The Causeway, Staines-upon-Thames TW18 3BA. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you request a care assessment we collect who the care is for, the type of support needed, the postcode where care is needed, your name, email address, phone number and whether you are happy to receive text messages.

When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode and the content of your message. When you apply for a job we collect your name, contact details and anything you choose to tell us about yourself.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a care assessment, provide the services you ask for, or consider your job application. We will contact you by phone or email, and by text message only if you have agreed.

How we keep it safe

Your information is stored in our own in-house Care Runner system. We do not sell your information or share it with other companies for marketing. Access is limited to staff who need it to help you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. If you become a client, your records are kept in line with health and social care record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email us or call us using the details below.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Third-party services

Some pages include content from Google Maps and the Care Quality Commission rating widget. These services may set their own cookies, which are covered by their own privacy policies.
