About this service

Dementia describes a set of symptoms that can include memory loss and difficulties with thinking, problem-solving or language. Staying at home, among familiar faces and routines, can make a real difference.

Our carers receive specialist training and take time to get to know the person — their history, preferences and what helps on a difficult day. We also support people with learning disabilities, Parkinson’s and other long-term conditions.

How we can help

  • Consistent carers who get to know the person
  • Keeping familiar routines and a safe home environment
