About Faith’s Walk

Care with heart, on your terms

A values-led care provider committed to efficient, high-quality, personalised care that helps you live a fulfilled and independent life in your own home.

The Faith's Walk team

Our story

Why Faith’s Walk began

Faith’s Walk was born out of the desire and passion to bring real care, dignity, respect and great leadership back into the health and social care industry — hence our strapline, “Care on your terms”.

After years of working for care organisations in roles from senior leadership to hands-on caring, we kept hearing clients say they wanted “care on my terms”. We took the best of that experience, combined it with our own approach and built Faith’s Walk to offer a bespoke, unique service.

Our leadership team brings a decade in senior leadership, a decade in the care industry, over two decades in human resources and customer service, and volunteering in legal advisory and public service.

Why choose us

What makes our care different

Directly employed carers

Our carers are our own employees, with company benefits and holiday pay, and cover is arranged if your carer is ever absent.

Trained to national standards

Every carer completes the Care Certificate, moving and handling, and specialist training before working unsupervised.

Safe recruitment

All carers are vetted through a robust recruitment process, including an enhanced DBS check.

Values-led team

Anyone can do care, but not everyone really cares. We only employ people whose values match our own.

Joined-up care

We work with your GP, social workers, specialist teams, therapists and family to make sure you get the right support.

Your data stays private

We use our own in-house Care Runner system, so your information is never shared with other companies.

Leadership & governance

Nominated Individual

Evelyn has more than 10 years’ experience as a people professional, working in Human Resources at Sainsbury’s, Waterstones and the NHS, as well as in adult education with Newham College.
