As the 01st of December
approaches, a day set aside for the world to unite in the fight against HIV, show
support for people living with HIV, and to commemorate those who have died from
an AIDS-related illness.
We want to highlight the fact
that many years on, there are still so many myths as well discrimination that
still surrounds those diagnosed with HIV and those that go on to develop AIDS.
Thankfully a lot of work has
been done and is still being done to support this cause.

We know that many providers
including Faith’s walk, understand that social care can provide a vital
lifeline for many people, helping them to live well with HIV/AIDS in their own
homes comfortably in the knowledge that if they needed care, they would have no
issues finding a provider to care for them on their own terms.
