Faith’s walk was born out of the desire and
passion to bring real Care, dignity, respect and great leadership back into the
health and social care Industry hence our strap line, ‘‘CARE ON YOUR

After years of working for various care
organisations in various positions from senior leadership to hands on caring,
hearing client’s say they want ‘‘CARE ON MY TERMS’’, we believe we
are in a unique position, to offer a bespoke, and unique service. We have the
advantage of taking from our experience from other organisations, fusing it
with our approach and implementing them into Faith’s Walk thereby providing ‘‘care
with heart on your terms’’
Our Leadership team has a combined experience of
a decade in Senior Leadership, a decade in the care industry, over 2 decades in
human Resources and Customer service as well as volunteering in Legal advisory
services and public service bringing with them such a wealth and breadth of
experience to add to the organisation.

All our staff are directly
employed carers
This means they receive
company benefits, holiday pay and are covered by another carer if absent but

Our team are trained, skilled
and experienced.
Regulated training for all our
carers
All our care workers complete
the care Certificate, moving and handling as well as specialist training based
on the specialisms they work in, meaning our employees are trained to a
nationally-recognised standard before they work unsupervised with our
customers.
We recruit thoroughly and
safely including DBS and background checks
Our carers are vetted and
checked through a robust recruitment process, including an enhanced DBS check,
alongside standardised training across the company.

We work with your GP`s, Social workers, specialist teams e.g Mental health team, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists, nutritionists, OT e.t.c, we are known for going over and above to ensure that you are supported and receive the right care with your consent.
We have people management systems that ensure that the care you receive is safe, efficient, and responsive.
We have our own in house
systems called Care Runner App System as such, do not share your data with any
other company.
